Have we found the Smile studio?

No. But I feel like we’re getting closer! After going to 2 large creative-industries orientated developments, I think we are finally coming to a realistic conclusion. Whilst some new builds can offer fresh paint and large spaces, the older builds can offer security and flexibility. The fact that they were willing to cater for us in ways that the new build seemed very hard edged and ‘wysiwyg’.

I’m excited enough to write this entry so that is showing something! On the one side there is a lovely white wall, and the other has gorgeous bare brick wall. Reminded me a little bit of the Pentagram Studio (only saw a bit on a TV show).

Sure it’s not big, but as one of the partners said “it’s what you do with the space that counts”. We were talking about Smile and it’s values and this space seemed to really fit in with our ethos.
