I had a consultancy meeting with Rob Sharl, John Barratt came along (we basically had a chat over coffee, I had a lovely choc chip cookie latte!) and I ended up buying John’s latest piece of soul music inspired goods. Its a very beautiful calendar. It’s tone sort of reminds me of Where’s Wally. The Typographical treatment is super, very cheeky indeed. Some great photography in there too. Nice to see references to old blue note covers.
Oh yeah, the consultancy bit went OK too. Will blog about it. Next.
