Boo on you Final Cut Pro

I’m working on a project that requres I create transparent flash video files from green screen work. Ideally, I needed FCP to export directly to FLV. Unfortunately it can’t. I thought maybe I could use that file and just publish from flash instead. Nope. Now I’m going to have to re-key everything and export from After Effects. It sounds like it shouldn’t be too much of a problem. So wrong. Have you ever exported something from AE and though “this is slow”? I don’t know if it’s just me, but AE seems like it takes f-o-r-e-v-e-r compared to any Apple app. Now I remember why I switched to Motion 3.
